The artist, Nikki McIvor, has this to say about the drawing:
“In folklore, foxes are a symbol of cunning and trickery; and often are used to depict intelligence overcoming both malevolence and brute strength. Me personally? I love the childhood story imagery of the fox hunting in the moonlight; dreaming of bringing home a fine, fat goose to feed his family.” Grace was inspired by the song “Far from Grace” by The Doves.
